The Weasel goes to a container of water. "Now, my minions, observe as my finely honed magical talents transform this disgusting salty liquid into clean and drinkable water. If any are capable, you may copy my spell and do the same."

The Weasel closes his eyes and casts Prestidigitation, cleaning the water, one cubic foot at a turn. (The spell can continue to clean for an hour, and the water will remain permanently drinkable.)

The Weasel takes a deep bow. "We're doing great, Trenchcoat!"

"And Blanket!" it hastily corrects you.

They did, and are suitably awed, at least enough to refill the wine barrel after it was drank dry. You only need so much so the rest are trying to catch and cook fish, unless you tell them it's better that they stand around and watch you perform miracles.

There are two more wizards in the group, who will assist you in any way they can.

24.Guacka (level 1 female gnome wizard, age 40; logic-based emotionless apprentice)
25.Tim (level 2 male human wizard, age 40; seemingly jolly, addled, incoherent mess)

Is Tim dressed in blue and when tapped will do one point of damage to target creature?

He costs three mana to put in play, one of which has to be blue.

I would've gotten away with it if it weren't for you meddling kids!

One blanket's being used as a fire pit, a total necessity. The Weasel's got one (and good luck talking him out of it). And the women and children are sharing the other two, though that's less important now that there's food, drink and a bonfire.

So if you just managed to somehow sew the two together that's a 10 x 5 sail. I don't see a needle and thread around, though, or a proper mast, so I'm curious how you're going to make this work. Also, to consider, the blankets might be too tough to sew; they've got damage reduction 20, remember, and might resist a needle or a knife you're trying to poke holes in them with. The blankets might also lose their enchantments if physically ripped or torn. Sails (or other means of propulsion) are a priority but you've got to be very careful how you go about it.

Also, it's getting dark, hence Tommas' Flare(s), so whatever work you do it's by firelight.

Sabo offers up a sewing needle, see my equipment. "I have no thread, and concerned if we do find some that the needle will will not be strong enough to support or pierce the fabric, let alone hold things together if if we get caught in a brisk wind. Of course we could use a arrow head and rope to thread things together if things work in our favor."

Tommas will after a while come to the conclusion that Dancing Lights may be better as they go higher and last longer, probably have more total light too. He will do it continuously throughout the night until the sun starts to rise. He will be casting it as much as he can, even using up his lvl 1 slots for it, and then re-studying to cast them again. He will keep going till mornings light. He then will take a break to meditate (sleep).

When Weasel speaks about casting prestidigitation he nods, "I can help out with that, but if there is someone else who can help I will keep doing this." meaning his dancing lights spell. To Tommas, Faolan seemed normal, but now he seems kind of weird. There is a conflict of truth here and he looks to him to see if he is telling the truth about weasel.

You have yourself 12 makeshift life vests. +5 to Swim checks for anyone who wears them.

Faolan seems genuinely disgusted with the Weasel's ability to tell the truth and, on second examination, you realize that the Weasel's body language was too choreographed, and his words too grand, and that he might not be the great savior he claims to be. Tommas now has +10 to Sense Motive checks against the Weasel, and whatever psychological bonuses the Weasel might have had against Tommas are now nil.

"Sabo, I believe we have the same mind when it comes to Weasel. If these sheep are to follow him, bleating to their deaths, let us keep an eye on him. You know I trust him as far as I can throw him... Though now I am curious to see how far i can throw him."

Once the Weasel has finished his spellcasting, he walks amongst his followers, making small talk, and sowing the seeds of mistrust.

"The water is refreshing, is it not? Good, good. By the way, notice those three over there," he says as he points to Sabo, Tommas, and Faolan. "Something seems odd about them. They bear watching, I think. Enjoy the water."

Also, anybody else have anything they want to do during the night before we fast forward 'til morning? Any more conversation being had about the sails? Or food generation? Who's wearing the life jackets? (Refer back to the list of passengers in the OP.)

In between times when the spell is cast and doing it's thing up in the night sky he will go talk to Jey Uso, assuming he is not asleep. Though he doesn't know common tommas with go over to him and pat him on the back with a smile, offer him a fish and try to communicate non-verbally if he is willing. If not Tommas will just sit next to him.
