Okay all you cool artists out there! I have a challenge for anyone who would like to try. Starlord must come to life and I'm looking for the coolest design you can give me. What do you think The Outhouses Starlord should look like?

I'm beginning a new review article and I'd love to have someone not only design "Starlord" but make me a banner with it for the new weekly article. It's called "Starlord, Top and Bottom". I'd also be making it my signature.

The winner will get my signed copy of JSA: Golden Age, signed by James Robinson himself!

Anyone interested?

Seriously though, what kind of design are you looking for? Do you want a classical superhero look? Something balls-to-the-wall crazy? A bizarre mix of bondage and literary, like an S&M librarian? (Okay, that last one was a pretty weird ...)

I threw together a quick design for the signature. I'm not sure if it's what your looking for, but I think it accurately represents you.

I'm guessing it'll be balls to something....

Good questions though. I think Starlord from Marvel when I just see the name, but when I see his posts I always think Jack Sparrow. So... a space pirate? Not sure.

That's a good question and I can say that I honestly don't know. I'm more interested in seeing how some of the artists around here perceive the Stalord "persona". (Twig not withstanding). I'm leaving it in the artists hands (cue Sds in five, four, three...)

How long do we have? I think I want to give it a shot, but I won't be able to do it immediately.

I was going to start soon with the article but then realized that this month I have my daughter's graduation and party as well as a trip to Texas to visit my aunt and grandmother so I will probably like to start right after the 4th of July.

Can't wait to see what you come up with!
