If this affects Morrison's Batman, I'll probably be mostly done.

Thanks to whoever did LOLtron this - I was busy at work all day. It seems we did actually get a press release about it (same wording as the source article). Anyone have any questions about it they'd like me to ask?

Obviously, you're some skinny, single nerd living on the East Coast who probably derives value in life from wrestling matches, hoping that Wolverine gets to sleep with teenagers and engaging in casual drug use. You're literally the worst thing to happen to comics since Stan Lee.

yep, and if any character was created in the 90s i can't see them being around.. mainly cause they seem to be de-aging most of the big characters.. so i can't see any of the current teen titans being around. or Damien, or Stephanie.

If they're starting off with a Justice League book, then it means that at the point of the new start the heroes will have already been around for a number of years in the new continuity. Damien and Stephanie, et all, could still have a place.

Yep I'm not gonna do a damn thing. I'm just going to kick my shoes up, relax in my chair and let Herald and Vinny with others raid the castle.

How in God's game will $2 minimum comics attract new readers, in already competitive market?

When will DC titles go back to the original numbering? Before Action Comics #1,000?

Does this affect Vertigo?

Here's the thing though (and I learned to accept this in 2009), DC in its current state doesn't give a Rat's Fuck about the 90's fans. They see people like us as misguided fools, at best and as how certain segments of the Transformers Generation 1 Fans used to(?) see Beast Wars fans (The one that went Trucky not Monkee, for example), at worst. If this reboot gets rid of all of us forever, they'll consider it "Mission Accomplished", even if they don't act like that classless ass Alex Ross did when Green Lantern: Rebirth came out.

It's $2 for a standard comic, while comics on sale are 99 cents.
