Comics face the problem of creators whom cannot create more then defeat-able villains.

I've not seen it. So no spoilers. But out of 10 how good was it?

I'd say about an 8, it was exciting, and full of great moments but I'm not sure if it all fit together perfectly.

That speech from River to the Doctor at the end was so perfect, especially if it's used as a motivation for the Doctor to get back to "healing" instead of fighting, I enjoy Doctor Badass when he shows up too but turning it into a character flaw he has to overcome will allow for some great stories.

So many great things to point out but on minor one; the Silurian "I Don't know why you put up with me" followed by tongue attack and knowing glances was the best use of adult humour injected into this, ultimately family, show since it returned under RTD.

There are still a lot of unanswered questions.

Who was the child from the opening episodes? Was that Amy's daughter? If not, who?

Why was River's name on the Doctor's crib?

What do you mean? Yes, that was Amy's daughter. I didn't think there was a question about it.. Eyepatch took her and raised her on earth under the Silent's protection. Then used her as a weapon to kill the Doctor.. note that the kid in the astronaut suit was not in control of her actions. She was stuck in there.

I think I'm still really confused about this episode. If River is Amy's daughter then shouldn't she have known all about the opening episodes while they were going on? She was shooting at herself during the Doctor's death. Also, does this mean that River can regenerate?

How long before Moffat uses them again? I give a year or two at most. He's right though. The moment he has them return it'll be  . I hope the Master returns though. He's had a nice long rest.
