Updated everything I had, fixed some problems. I think there are a lot of problems with Fantasticals but I dunno. Please use this version of what I have in the front page thread, since it's best and avoids many mistakes.

15. The Monstrous Hulk
Written by Fahd Mohamed
Pencils and inks by Mike Deadato Jr. or Doug Braithwaite

A noble act gave the monster inside Bruce Banner life, and after months of suffering he intends to kill it using the help of his research partners Emil and Sylvia Blonsky.

Main Cast: Bruce Banner/The Hulk, Emil Blonsky/The monster we know as Abomination, Sylvia Blonsky (new character, maybe I'll keep her name Nadia instead of Sylvia, but Sylvia can sound more negative, I think, at least to English speakers, since apparently it has a nice meaning), Betty Banner.
This is for the first arc, 3-6 issues.

Notes:
I'll set up what Bruce did, what he becomes, more or less in the beginning of the series.
The Hulk has been around for a few months now, and is all over the news--though it's not known that Bruce is actually the monster.
I want the Hulk to actually be a monster in the beginning of the series. I can get around this explaining that Bruce doesn't have control of the Hulk yet and that's why he is the way he is.
This means that the Hulk will actually cause dozens of deaths--this isn't Bruce at all. This is a monster.
This Hulk is beyond Bruce at first, he is very much a monster and hardly a man--as in, a rampaging monster that wouldn't think twice about stepping on people or throwing a car at an annoying helicopter or leveling a neighborhood just out of anger. And again it's not clear what's causing Bruce to be the Hulk. Bruce has no control here at all for now.
Not too hideous, I think. But not so much this man-like form that we're used to.
I realize now that doing this would make the reader sympathize more with average people who think the Hulk is a monster--because they are right. At first, anyway.
Betty knows his condition but she's not his lab partner or anything, and he hardly sees her because he's afraid that the Hulk might hurt her. She is understanding and she still loves him, and she gives him his room. But she still wants to be with him up-close of course. So something stupid is bound to happen. This isn't lab partner Betty or General Ross' Betty, this is just a lady named Betty. I can change her name if it's confusing, make another character.
With almost no one to trust except his lab partners, Bruce turns to Emil and Sylvia, telling them the situation (and knowing that he really is a walking bomb). Consider that Emil and Sylvia are courageous enough to help Bruce with his strange, uncontrolled condition. But it might be the case that they're looking for something. I mean, people misjudge others' intentions all the time, right? And friends can turn on each other very quickly of course.
We find details about Bruce's condition--randomly turns into the monster, loss of control of the monster, an extremely fast healing factor. Not only this but we know that he's extremely powerful.
Problems I'd be facing now is that I don't know why
Emil takes advantage of Bruce's situation, gets a little hungry for his power, with Sylvia goading him on. In fact, we find that Emil is pretty much lead by Sylvia. She is in control of Emil. Think of the Betty-Bruce relationship gone vile. This relationship is pretty key to our story. Sylvia is smart, she doesn't want to be the monster, but the one who controls the monster. And she is in full control here. She knows that if it goes bad Emil will have the army and other Superheroes after him (they want Super-Soldiers), and she's not sure how strong the Hulk is, so she's not sure how strong this new monster can be and how much he can take.
The problem I'd face is: How does Sylvia know she'll be in control of the monster, because the monster would have Emil blank out? I think I can have Emil and Sylvia altar Hulk's blood accordingly. It's a stretch, I know.
Emil's weak-minded, so she will convince Emil to do whatever.
Sylvia and Emil succeed, turning Emil into this monster just as strong, with the same abilities. But also with one weakness, namely Sylvia. He also can't turn back. So that might be why Sylvia doesn't try turning herself into a monster.
I want Emil to be a sick version of Gladiator, with Sylvia being the only confidence boost he has. Very weak-minded when it comes to Sylvia. In the old comics, Emil was abusive, I think I want to make Emil be the abused here. It's funny, such a power with such a weak mind!
Not sure how I want to play with Betty's character, but I might have her be a bit of a contrast to Sylvia, being the Hulk's calm and cool, while Sylvia is a very completing part of Emil's sick head at least, if not the one leading the sickness. Sylvia uses Emil's monster, but Betty doesn't want to use the Hulk. Sylvia wants the monster, but Betty wants her Bruce back. I like the idea that some people like Sylvia would use monsters, but some people like Betty would let them be until they get better.
The Hulk faces him. Sylvia's injured, Emil kills Betty before breaking down since Sylvia's down.
I want Betty to be there even though Bruce told her not to. Or maybe I can make it a coincidence.
Emil's monster is apparently completely destroyed (note the healing factor) and the Hulk takes off, either leaving Betty or taking the body with him, I'm not sure.
The arc almost ends with General Ross acquiring the other monster (note that I want Emil's blood in use). Sylvia's connection to all this isn't known of course--she's just the lady whose husband turned into the monster.
But after that we cut to a scene taking much later where a man named Reed Richards is looking for the Hulk, hunting him down thinking that he's some kind of alien threat.
I think I'll have one more arc before I let Reed and Hulk meet. Maybe give Bruce a little control first.

This book won't be for kids. I want it to start dark and scary. But not without a lot of action and psychological horror.
Eventually I will have Reed work with Hulk.
Not sure how to make him look more heroic though, given that I wanted him to look a little horrifying at first. Maybe Reed can help, since he's the most brilliant mind on Earth and all?
I want the Hulk to go on these horrible, mostly suicidal out of the Earth missions. He just doesn't care anymore anyway, with Betty gone and the Earth certainly not considering Bruce's newfound control, so he's just aiming to kill the bad folks, no matter how insanely powerful they are. With Hulk's immense power, Bruce's intellect (which will eventually be part of the Hulk) and Reed's genius, this will be insanely interesting.

34. Marvelous World

Superheroes share a universe with average people who hate them to the point of slandering them on a paper and even wanting them to get out of their country or love them to the point wanting to be one of their side-kicks. This is the Marvel universe from the perspective of the average people whose lives are affected by those men and women with strange abilities.

Notes:
You guys know those back-up stories called Batman: Black & White they used to do for Batman: Gotham Knights? I want something like this and Spider-Man's Tangled Web.
A series, called Marvelous World or something like that, that would focus on very strange, funny tales regarding heroes and would show heroes interacting with regular people. Like, a guy getting caught in a fight between Iron-Man and the Hulk and actually helping Iron-Man out. Or a character putting his journalism job on the line because he believes that Spider-Man is actually a good guy. Or a few Parkour kids who, being inspired by Daredevil, go out and act like him trying to help people--and one of the nights they do this they run into Bullseye and Daredevil saves them.
I think there'd need to be something common to those stories, but I don't know what.
I'd love to write something like that. I think each issue would have one or two different stories. All in continuity too. And I think I would be able to write it very well because the stories would be short.

50. The Fantasticals

Reed Richards possesses a genius rivaling even the universe's most advanced species', and he's using it and his team to deal with strange threats from space, starting with the one on his doorstep.

Starring Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm, Ben Grimm, and others.

Notes:
With a people's land being occupied by the Shi'Ar Empire, a baby is dropped on Reed's doorstep with a letter telling all about its being the future king of a people called the Inhumans.
The Imperial Guard's Gladiator closes in on the whereabouts of baby Black Bolt.

I don't want this to be Fantastic Four, this is something else. I will keep the powers to a minimum and just have Reed be this genius whose technology gives all these incredible abilities, such as invisibility. Iron Man doesn't hold a candle to Reed here when it comes to genius, or in the badass department.
This group will be composed of regular people. And it will be hidden from the public.
I want this group to be our space group. This is the group that will interact with the Skrulls and the Silver Surfer, Galactus, and all those out-of-world threats.
I keep thinking that it's a great idea to just have these be regular humans. But I have a feeling this will parallel Iron Man too much. I don't know what would be specific to Iron Man after this series.

Problems:
What about the rest of the team? What'll be interesting about them?
I want him to be the smartest. So what does that mean for the rest of the Marvel geniuses?

I sent all the information to BlueStreak. The first batch of NuMarvel titles should be posted on the front page with a poll. There will be a new batch of NuMarvel titles each day (with perhaps the exception of Saturday and Sunday) until next Wednesday when Flashpoint #5 and Justice League #1 are released, officially starting DC's "The New 52."

fahd, I will send BlueStreak an e-mail with your changes. He already had the pitches for the Fantasticals and Marvelous World but I was able to make the appropriate changes to Monstrous Hulk. Hopefully, he will be able to make the changes to the other 2 titles in time.

Well, I don't think there'd be a problem if he was planning on posting the Spider-Man or X-Men titles tomorrow.

Monstrous Hulk is mostly done. But I should add a first arc to Marvelous world and to the Fantasticals. More importantly to Fantasticals.

I would add Gladiator And The Imperial Guard as a title. They're basically the Legion Of Super-Heroes of Marvel so why not give them their own series.
