I wish there was a better way of saving on dead island. Whenever I want to quit i'm constantly worried about how long ago the game auto saved.

There's always running zombies screaming off in the distance, and they tend to scream when they're running towards you.. so you're basically always on edge, because they can run out of whatever alley at anytime. And there's so much more zombies.. it's tough to make it through most quests without getting into some real trouble.

It gets downright creepy at times.

Here's some sample gameplay of about where I'm at:

I know it's just a game but i'm constantly on edge. I need some co op buddies for back up.

It's good to know that the future of law enforcement is in the hands of a man who's scared to be left alone to defeat imaginary villains :smt011 .

Eh. The thing about this game is, death has no consequence.

You just start again with full life 5 feet away from where you died.

I only ever quit after having finished a sidequest or regular quest. It saves directly after those, so I know for sure it's saved.

The game saves pretty frequently. Unless you only play for like.. 5 minutes at a time, I don't see why a save option would be an issue.

so I'm not playing this game till they patch it,I played it for a few hours Saturday and I swear I ran into so many fucking glitches it drove me insane. I mean stuff like escort missions where the person you're supposed to escort just stands there, fetch quests that once you collected the items you need the npc just stands there. I mean this is happening on like every other quest.

From all the talk I've heard in the gaming press about the glitches, I think Chris has the only non-glitched copy of the game in existence. Either that, or like Blair Herter on G4, he loves the game so much that the glitches don't matter.
