Honestly, I think I graded the issue too high. I've been thinking about it, and I think I influenced myself because I never wanted to give Criminal a bad grade. I'll stand by what I wrote, but I think this issue wasn't even as good as I said it was.

I'm sorry for bringing shame to the Review Group.

What were my expectations for the ending? I figured Bru would pull "A Postman Always Rings Twice" type of ending, where the killer gets away with the initial crime but gets screwed over on some other, unrelated matter. Bru could have used the alleyway beating, for example, to undo Riley's perfect getaway and give him new police scrutiny. Something like that anyway.
