i don't know, i never got into gears 2 even though I liked the first one; I don't know what it was but i just lost interest in it

Because the story is poor, drawn out and the shit you have to do is terrible?

The giant worm and the driving/flying missions are brutal. The controls for the car are shitvand that flying bug is just annoying.

Gears 1 everything is a challenge which makes the game fun, but its beatable and you really want to try beating it. Gears 2 the shit isn't challenging, just annoying. The baddies aren't hard but the driving is.

The story did turn to shit at some point in Gears 2. But whatever, I figure I'm committed to seeing it through at this point. Probably won't get it at launch, though.

Or hell...maybe. I'm so bored with having no games I want to play.

Eventually but I'll get it used so its half the price or maybe just rent it. Although since the Blockbuster closed its impossible to find a decent place to rent video games.

Yea I think when I played with my brother in co-op I got bored with it by the giant worm. The game just wasn't fun to me I guess.

I've got it coming in today from Amazon. First I'll play through the campaign with my brother and then I'll play the Horde and Beast modes. I suck so bad at the versus modes that I won't even bother to play them this time around.
