Yeah, I suppose we have really come off track. Back to my original point before SOMEONE who needs drama to get through his workday so rudely interrupted me...
The idea is not a bad once. However, i think that having some positive ideas are good as well. Calisthenics, aerobics, and yoga can all be done with very little training. Another idea is to have a half day once a month where employees do some sort of group exercise, possibly with a few options to fit the varying needs. A third idea is to do a little education on portion control, what types of food to eat, when to eat them. I think that the idea of getting people to be more healthy starts at that point. I'm sure a lot of people would like to be there and healthy for their families and children.
