It is confirmed!!

To all the tens of thousands of fanboys crying out for ears on their catwoman, your call has been heard. Now of course only about fifty of you will actually pay to see the movie, but at least all you thieving bastards will be happy when watching this film.

I'm glad Nolan is taking the effort to make the whole catwoman thing literal. No one in this electronic age would understand the correlation between cat burglars and a woman thief being granted the title of catwoman (you see because cat burglar + woman = cat burglar woman, which is just a mouthful so it would be abbreviated as catwoman) I wouldn't have expected a spot for a thief wearing pieces of a slutty halloween costume to fit into Nolan's hyperrealistic vision for batman. But old Chris pulls out all the stops, goes to his local rite aid, bought a slutty halloween costume and allowed her to wear them. Thanks Mr. Nolan.

Now this movie has all the ingrediants in it to become the greatest batman movie of all time. Lets list everything a good batman movie needs

Awesome fight scenes
cool gadgets
Great lead actor
awesome set designs
compelling villains
????
profit

Well at least the previous movies had compelling villains and made a profit. Too bad it couldn't ge that other stuff down.

Honestly for this movie to win me over they need to kill the batvoice it's ridunkulous, they need to make the fight scenes less spastic cam and more "i can tell what the hell is happening", and they need to bring a measure of fun into the movies. I think including Catwoman can accomplish the last bit, I doubt the voice will go away, and I hope that Nolan learned something from Inception which had elaborate action sequences that were pretty cool looking.

Oh and he needs to know the strengths of the cast. Bale may be a violent woman beating entitled hollywood celebrity that needs to go away, but he can also act pretty well, much better than the previous two films. Let him. Another thing these movies have going for them is the exceptional supporting cast (aside from love interests *shudder*), Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Aaron Eckhart, Liam Neeson, Tom Hardy, Anne Hatheway. These are all acomplished actors, and I except the ones that are returning to this film to really do something neat.

Why did I write all this nonsense? Because who the crap cares if catwoman has ear!? stupid IGN.

I know i'm gay and all, but all this "Anne Hathaway is ugly/too homely" for Catwoman is crap. She looks fine in the costume. And no one seems to remember that NOBODY thought that Ledger was right for the Joker when he was cast.

Well I was making a joke really, I think she is pretty attractive.

And I think she will be a fine catwoman. I'll admit I doubted ledger, but that is because of the calibre of "work" we got from him before the film (knights tale anyone). Hatheway is a proved talent in my opinion.

To be fair there were MANY people at oldrama defending ledger since day 1.

I saw it in theatres, totally psyched when it first came out.

I remember hating the first part of it, but it did get pretty entertaining by the end of the film.

yet the person that everyone is comparing her to is Michelle Pfiefer who outside of the damn catsuit is a lot less attractive than Anne..
