After condemning his former friends for teaching children that sometimes hard choices have to be made and that lines have to be drawn in the stand, Wolverine split the mutant community in two and took all the weak ones to New York where they now sit, waiting to be attacked. But have no fear, Wolverine will be available to protect these children at all times, unless he's at a bar getting black out drunk or trying to sleep with someone's wife."

To the best of my knowledge, my cat's not a child of Wolverine, so I'm pretty sure she's in the clear.

However, if she is, I expect Wolverine to show up and dial up the body count next time he gets drunk (next Tuesday, I imagine).

I'm intrigued, but not 100% sold. Especially considering that the new school looks like something out of a Hickman-Morrison fantasy... and not in a good way.

That being said, I like the character line-up and I trust Aaron, so I'll be getting this.

I don't see why Logan naming the school after her prevents her from coming back. Xavier was alive the vast majority of the time the Xavier Institute was running.

I think you're taking Blue more seriously than he is intending.

And, really, people give Wolverine a pass on this because he's Wolverine. I don't think anyone thinks he's teaching material or Headmaster material. Not even Aaron. This should fail spectacularly and people should tune in to watch the train wreck.

Say what you will about Cyclops, HE is the person who has the best chance of training the next generation of mutants and keeping them alive.


The more I look at the books, the more out of place Wolverine and Cyclops appear. The one I'd picture on a team of villains is Wolverine. The one I picture refounding the Institure is Cyclops. It's wierd.

if it was JUST wolverine teaching kids it'd be one thing, but he has Kitty Pryde, Beast and Iceman as well.
