Bendis and Bagley will be teaming up on a new Avengers title next year, just in time for the movie.


Marvel announced today at their Cup O' Joe panel at NYCC that the Great One, Brian Michael Bendis, and Mark Bagley will be releasing a new Avengers title, Avengers Assemble, in March 2012.

The title will feature a cast similar to those appearing in the movie and has been described as a "Best of the Avengers, but will be in-continuity and tie in with Bendis's other books.  The initial villains of the story will be a new Zodiac team.
