Any reservations I may have had about this book are gone.

Getting it for sure.

$4.99? Yikes! With all of the extra DCnU titles that I have been getting, I don't know if I can justify spending $4.99 on this, especially when this isn't even the main X-Men title that I want. Isn't the Uncanny X-Men relaunch only $3.99?

48 pages of Aaron and Bachalo should be all the justification you need. That's around double what standard books are.

Whether it's all story and not 30 pages of story and 10 pages of backups and scrapbook material from them though...I have no idea.

Fair enough but I was only mildly interested in this book to begin with. I mean, Iceman is one of my favorite X-Men but I don't like Wolverine, I am completely indifferent to Oya, and I am on the fence about the rest of the team. If it was $3.99 then I would have no problem but I will just have too see what I spend next week before I commit.

*Edit: Forgot about Kitty. I love Kitty but her and Iceman still are not enough to sway my opinion.

If you actually look at all the covers, the barcode and price area all say 3.99.

I really want to read this in singles, but it's way too expensive. I'll wait for the trade, maybe.

Future issues are all 3.99 with a lower page count.
