Seriously. I went "The Crossing as an Omnibus? People want traitorous Tony Stark brought back as a teenager in giant sized format?"

But someone had a problem in their pants when they say that. There's always one.

I like the Stripperella OGN coming out written by Stan Lee. Should be entertaining.

But Oni's attempting to publish Sharknife by Corey "Rey" Lewis AGAIN? 3rd time's the charm?

I bet he still isn't finished with Vol 2. And complaining over how much work he has to do on his blog.

I like Corey Lewis's art but in way to many of his action panels (which are like, 70% of his panels) it's hard a heck to tell what's going on. Still, I liked the first Sharknife and was looking forward to more...

I liked him before he screwed over Udon with Rival Schools, complained about having to "do all this work" he was getting paid for, and again, had to have Oni pull his own book of the publishing schedule TWICE!.

But would go out of his way to win at freakin Zuda when DC was running the thing. Cause all the work he had left unfinished wasn't enough!.

Clearly he's an "idea guy" and not much of an "execution guy".

So I had said earlier I was looking forward to the Stripperella GN cause I liked the fact that Stan was actually writing it and thought the cartoon was fun.

Well I got Previews today and actually looked at the solicitation.

$15 BUCKS FOR 48 PAGES?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Yeah screw that noise. Not even if DCBS had it for 50% off.

With nobody buying them, comics are getting darn expenses on a per unit basis. I've seen lots of independent comics with smallish page counts and high prices (Charles Burns's X'd Out comes immediately to mind). It's a bit of a death spiral. They aren't selling enough copies so they need to raise prices to make the books economic to the talent and the publishers. But raising the prices drives customers away, which in turn causes them to need to raise prices again.

Count me among those priced out of the market.

Question has MOC updated their site and pull lists? To me it looks like not.

They've updated to the new catalog, but I don't think the pull/wish thing ever loaded. My order is small enough that I did mine manually. Considering how big your orders are I would e-mail them because it's a slow process otherwise.
