It's Week #3, and after Jude almost kills the newborn group with his Liefeld pick, John Snow attempts to resuscitate it with a $1 comic! Please buy it and post! Please?

Read Flash. It was okay. Not great, but not horrible either. A lot of big opening splash pages. Would have preferred less epic start to the book. Ming's motivations for conquest are paper thin, at best. But makes sense that he surrounds himself with harem girls. The art was adequate, but perhaps not strong enough for all the grand opening pages. Moreover, would have preferred an explicitly retro style, like what Sean Phillips does in Incognito.

OVERALL: 6/10
