They've been portraying her as constantly crackly in the new series.

Is she supposed to be like that or is this just Bradshaw's interpretation. I always thought she just shed her old and had a shiny new layer underneath? I honestly don't know much about the character as I've never read Generation X. :smt102

Awesome, awesome issue.

This book is awesome.

I loved the glimpse at the future versions of the kids. A not-crazy Quentin, Idie, Broo, and Kid Gladiator as adults.. and I even liked Bradshaw's adult Apocalypse. Very cool. I'm a sucker for alternate/future stuff like that.

And anyone who has complaints about Wolverine.. you're SUPPOSED to. HE has doubts about himself. This whole issue proves that.

In regards to using Warren to fund the school. What's wrong with that? If Warren were still "alive", for lack of a better word, he would have no problem funding the school. It seems like a silly complaint. And he's still there, albeit with no memories. But he is capable of independent thought. It's not like he's in a coma and they're using him in some sick manner to sign checks or anything.

I have no clue where the Kitty pregnancy is going.. that seemed kind of out of nowhere, and if I had to pick one thing I didn't like about the issue, it's that, just because it's such a tired gimmick.

But that aside, this book continues to be miles ahead of Uncanny right now. Gillen either needs to change gears fast, or they need to replace him, IMO.

Which is weird since in Legacy she was fine and wearing a costume.

Love this series. The Warren stuff was a odd but still a good issue.

I dont know why people are weirded out by the Kitty pregnancy when that was clearly shown in the coming soon part at the end of the first issue.

Great issue especially with Bradshaw on art. I really liked how it tied into UXF. The Deathlok lecture was great. Loved how he stopped when he came to Evan and wouldn't tell him what he sees for his future. Broo is quickly becoming a favorite of mine.

Read this issue again and liked it even less than I did the first time.

Also, Angel's pants look ridiculous and Logan looks like a dork in that ugly deep-V shirt.

Not a fan of Bradshaw at all.

In the Regenesis one shot, they mentioned that Paige is having a hard time keeping her powers in check, which is why she went to Wolverine's side. Even in Legacy she's clearly molting/cracking

I'm actually now after reading this week's new mutants wondering when Blink is gonna show up, since they took her to the school.

I do find it kind of funny that pretty much that entire generation (the one that came out of the Phalanx Covenant) is siding with Wolverine besides Jubilee

Last issue of X-23 gave a lot of insight into why Jubilee isn't with Logan. She wants to be but she's afraid she'll snap and go full vamp on someone at the school. So she stays on the island.
