Ok, I was just thinking the same thing when I was looking at this picture. Why can he not just shake is head really fast in all directions and is guaranteed a hit.

Not in the head. His head is still in line with his spine. If you get punched in the head by a super soldier, I think your neck turns.

A lot of people got mad when Deathstroke got into close-range with Kyle in Identity Crisis, yet no one gets mad here.

Looks to me like he hit him so hard his whole body turned.
