I don't actively hate Herald (I know surprising as I had him on ignore for a few months) and while he's insane at moments for the most part he is an active member of the community.

I believe that at one point TV Tropes had been banned from the site (along with Newsbusters), but I'm pretty sure that repeated cries of Mawd Absue caused that to be reversed.

I'm with A_S on this one, it really is a non issue.

With Herald I know I'm going to get his anti current DC regime stuff and the tropes but like I said, he has his moments of actively participating in the community.

Can't say the same about the poster who started this thread who especially lately seems to be trying to piss off/scare away and just shit on a handful of posters for no real apparent reason other than it amuses him. And yet? It's allowed.

Yes because Bluestreak has already stated that one of the conditions for allowing it was that "Herald doesn't work for TV Tropes". Since that's now been proven to be false he is no longer protected from the terms of service.
