Worrying times. DC have done EVERYTHING they can now. And they're still losing to a Marvel who haven't written anything interesting all year.

You understand that retail sales traditionally drop in January, right?

If you want to compare apples to apples, compare January 2011 to January 2012.

They're losing on market share and dollar share because Marvel puts out more books- a larger % of which are 3.99.

Justice League is unreadable. It is a collection of glowing lights and posed, muscle-bound men. It's a ridiculous book.

Batman, on the other hand, is phenomenal.

It says something about the buying habits of comic book readers. I'd rather Swamp Thing or Animal Man be on that list. Those are at least well written comics even if I don't enjoy them.
