Except for Moonstruck, my favorite Cage roles are his over-the-top/hammy bits (especially Wild at Heart).

Look at the numbers for #1 and #2 it was pretty close.

Still a disappointment.

I enjoyed both Crank movies for their over the top action. Statham is usually entertaining.

I typically enjoy any movie Statham is in. He's like a contemporary Burt Reynolds - not the best actor by far, but always entertaining.

I don't think I've seen that many Reynold movies. Before I immigrated to this country it was difficult to find American movies that weren't blockbusters. So I saw the Cannonball Run movies but not much else.

Most Burt Reynolds movies were a mixture of action & comedy, typically featuring a fast vehicle.

I'm not sure what to think of the movie. I didn't think it was a "good" film... but I thought it was strangely okay, especially for a Ghost Rider movie.

Thought the action was much better than in the first movie, but I didn't really like Cage (in either film)... I also didn't like the portrayal of the Rider in movement. In look he looks cool, but for the most part when he was in battle, except for the chase-type stuff, he was too much like a Wizard of Oz scarecrow. His "magic" took took long to work too.

The acting in this movie was over the top and awful for the most part. The comedy bits weren't one bit funny. However I really enjoyed the three whole scenes that the Ghost Rider was actually in. The action and special effects were great. This movie was a real mixed bag.

Twas a good Ghost Rider movie. Not really a good Nick Cage flick but still more than entertaining enough.
The effects were pretty sweet and the tone of the movie was good.

If the first flick was 70's GR, this was kind of 90's GR. I'll buy it on DVD when it comes out.

Finally saw it for myself...despite really wanting to like this it fell really short. It was OK for a Ghost Rider movie and as dark as it should've been (unlike the first one) but at times it felt like I was watching a SyFy movie thanks to the terrible acting and the low budget frantic fight scenes.

Maybe if this movie was made in the 90's it would've looked better, but in this day and age it was just awkward.

I paid $0 to see this movie.

I paid too much.

Second worst movie ever made, right behind THE UNDERGROUND COMEDY MOVIE.
