Unwritten Volume 5: On to Genesis

Feels like maybe this was the midway point in the series. Solid as always.

Both books ended with fairly new and interesting status quos and while Invincible and his new Dino-buddy is an interesting new tack, Fables definitely felt abrupt and unsatisfying. It'll be interesting to see how long certain characters are off the board for.

PUNISHERMAX Volume 2: Bullseye

loolz @ Punchy for saying this would be better than Kingpin. This is still Ennis fanfic at best. I wish I had read it before putting in my pre-order for the next trade.

No, once you finalize your cart on MOC's new site you're stuck. I could e-mail them, but it's Aaron so I'd probably get it out of curiosity eventually anyway.

First it was read the next volume, now it's read the whole run.

I've read the Ennis run already, this book is wholly unnecessary.

Rucka's 616 book is better.

It really is. If you handed me Aaron's run uncredited, I would have guessed it was written by Daniel Way.

As long as we all agree than Ennis' run was better than both of them, we're fine.

Ennis' MAX run is the definitive Punisher run of all-time, yes.

His MK run, no. Although I still like it for it's craziness.
