No, Marvel did that along with every other publisher including DC by giving me unoriginal poorly thought out crap. That and the price tags, lack of availability over time plus the amount of space they take up in my home.
DC's reboot is not doing it for me the same way many haven't. They toss too much away for me. That or in the case of Batman, nothing changes. It's a mixed bag but in the end when all they can manage is make me curious for all of three issues or less, then they fail. In 1986 DC revamped the continuity and it was fun getting to "explore" it and see what was different... which was not much and what was (Superman and Wonder Woman) were okay. Now we get a poorly thought out radical change while attempting to balance it with what was apparently working ie - Batman and Green Lantern and Flash to some degree. Woopee-dii-doo.

What they're giving me is crap. They want to pander to just "new readers", they that's all they'll get.
