The next big Spider-Man epic begins in Amazing Spider-Man #682, part one of Ends Of The Earth, by Dan Slott and Stefano Caselli! The Sinister Six, led by the vengeful Doctor Octopus, is back and they're looking for revenge!

Actually this is based on an earlier issue. In AMS #646, Spidey used Doc Ock against Lizard and then mocked him, asking what happened to the guy who used to be called Master Planner. Ock's ego couldn't take it and he's been working in the background with the Sinister Six to prove he's smarter than everybody else.

I liked this story with Electro when it was in Amazing #425.

I think it's a big Sinister Six story, so yes in a way, but the threat is a group thing.
