I enjoyed the movie and still like it today.

To say that it was even close to the first should be punishable. The first movie was a badass horror film. The third is what really started making Freddy a cartoon character which the later films built on.

I really don't think so. I think that was the Fourth movie for me.

In my mind, the sequels of Freddy never happened.

It's good, but not as good as 3 or the original for me.

I've only seen Godfather part 1.

My sister said she felt the second was better, her DVD set didn't even have the third one opened.

My favorite thirds... (because the list of good thirds is so small, I will just list them all)

Crusade, Jedi, King, Predators, Thunderdome, Police Story 3, Goldfinger, Deathwish 3, Sudden Impact, Lethal Weapon 3, Rocky 3, Good-Bad-Ugly, Army of Darkness,

And I think thats about it...

While there have been some thirds that were watchable, those are the only ones that I think are actually good...

Doc Jon wrote:Normally a franchise is pretty much dead by the time it gets to a third movie, but I gotta say there are some strong films as well.

So what say you, Outhouse? Which one do you like best?

Toy Story 3
Return of the Jedi
Return of the King
Godfather 3
Harold and Kumar?

Toy Story 3 is an amazing movie. There is actually a good deal of stuff about aging/growing up that make it deeper than you would think.

Matrix Revolutions is a really good movie once you realized that the Matrix series is just an anime with humans in it.

Godfather 3 was about as bad as Godfather 2 was good.

Return of the Jedi is a great choice but every new Lucas edit makes the movie worse.

On the other hand, the last Indana Jones movie made Last Crusade seem a lot better.

I know it was you, Fredo. You broke my heart. You broke my heart!

the main reason anybody remembers "they pull me back in!" is because it was in a commercial.

Saying it's not the most memorable and then saying everyone knows it is just... weird.:P

It's one of the most quoted lines ever.

I think it’s parodied a lot more than remembered from that actual film. If anything people probably misremember it from a previous one or even.Used when people have no idea where it came from. I’ve never seen Godfather III and I’ve used it without knowing that for example until reminded here.

I still think Brando’s line is far more remembered and is the signature Godfather line
AFI's 100 Years...100 Movie Quotes

put the Brando line at # 2 all time "I'm going to make him an offer he can't refuse."
