Nothing to apologize for, but I think you are a tad confused.

No one is going to be not posting at all anymore, that's not the new guideline. I for one am still going to be here, talking about my life. What we're not going to do is things like discuss politics, which gets heated fast. We're not going to argue with posters, we're not going to tease, mock, taunt, etc.

We're not disappearing, we're just going to try to act a bit more professional. Even for people running an Outhouse.

As an example of what I mean, the other day in my Baby Simian update thread, I made a joke about "anatomy scans" and a couple of our posters. Posters who I know didn't take offense, cause they knew it was a playful friendly joke. But it was still a joke at a poster's expense, and from here out, that's the kind of thing I will be refraining from entirely.

Totally different communities though. That one's exclusively about comics and there's very little personal talk at all, which is both a blessing and a curse.

Well, those who agree to the terms will continue to take an active role in moderating. Those who wish to opt out will take on administrative roles with the front page but won't moderate on the forum side.
