That does not have a less than seven minute run-time.

Day 61.

Today I watched another quicky, possibly the quickest yet. I watched The Kid vs. Razor Ramon. The match was less than four minutes and ended with The Kid scoring an upset win over Razor Ramon leading the way to my namesake.

Sometimes you just have to do the bare minimum.

Match of the Day goes to The Kid vs. Razor Ramon.

I'm not taking this way too seriously, I'm just pointing out my problems with the angle. I think the Jericho/Punk feud is fun. I even think the Undertaker/Triple H feud is fun (even though initially I wasn't interested in seeing Triple H take on the Undertaker for the third time but the Hell in a Cell element and the HBK factor thrown in has turned things around for me). But the Rock/Cena feud? Not so much. The Rock is one of my all time favorite WWE superstars and I'm usually neutral when it comes to John Cena but what's been done with them thus far I don't particularly care for. Cena is coming across more annoying than ever and the Rock is not exactly bringing it either.

I think that if the plan all along is for the Rock to help Cena stay over then they should have turned the Rock heel by now. There's no fun to be found in the whole, "Is the Rock really a sell out", debate just have his character embrace the Hollywood persona like in the old days and have him put on a couple of his infamous concerts at Cena's expense and then that's when I could see things getting fun again. But I'm certainly not begrudging anyone who does find fun in what's going now, to each is own.

That would at least have been a better match than anything with Hardcore Holly. Both Scott Hall and Sean Waltman were fun to watch back in their Razor Ramon and 1-2-3 Kid days.

I really enjoy the match against RVD and some of his stuff with Road Dogg and Al Snow in early '99 were fun, but overall he blows.

I hate to try and sneak by some of these days with short matches, but the amount of wrestling I've watched in two whole months is astounding and draining.

I can imagine it would be. I'm way behind on the Japanese shows I've ordered. Right now I'm still trying to work my way through stuff from 2010.

Would you be up for some more recommendations?

I liked him for a while, he seemed like the Kane of his time only without a world title "gift" a company man,

As far as Rock/Cena if the WWE allowed him to go there (they will not) based on what he says in his promos The Rock is making fun of Cena's audience which is made up mostly of kids and he wants to "beat up" their hero.. Cena can go in with something like "The Rock wants to see kids cry" or something but they will not or maybe should not go there

It kind of surprised me, but the improvements to TNA's product following Russo's departure are lightning fast. The main event with the world champ, X-Division champ AND the tag team champs made all titles seem important (TV title doesn't exist for me). And the main event was a 15min solid 6 man tag match with a clean finish rather than a typical 3min run-in.

AJ/Daniels/Kaz match was also great, the X-Division match with Shannon Moore was a throwaway but cool, the KO matches were ok though Madison Rayne REALLY annoys me. Angle's opening promo started off really awkward but once I saw where he went with it and Hardy came out it finished on a high note. Garrett Bischoff is still there, but thankfully he's far away from the main event and has collected his dad, Flair and Hogan into a small corner of the show I can fast forward through.

The mood in the Impact Zone is killing them though, the audiences reactions really ruin so much.

But everything is focused, directed and easy to watch. Seeing what could have been these past few years if Russo had been gone since then is unbelievable.

Turns out ROH didn't block the Briscoes from signing the contracts. I knew the Observer had been misreported (they said something to the effect of WWE having interest and the Briscoes, but the Briscoes had ROH contracts and nothing about ROH actually blocking it), but Jay confirmed on his Twitter that it didn't happen.

I'm pretty sure WWE made more money during the Attitude Era.

The kids may not pay the bills but they sure do get their parents to buy them a butt-load of Cena stuff. If they didn't I doubt he would be at the top of merchandise sales month in and month out for the past few years.

Never said they didn't make money in the Attitude era.
