I can't believe people are having a go at Marvel for possibly doing a story similar to Archie's, as if it's a shameless rip-off of some pure storytelling genius. Everything Archie have done in the last few years has been a cash-grab of the most obvious type. First there's a gay character, then he get's gay-married! To a black man! Who's in the army! Then Cheryl Blossom gets cancer, then there's an Occupy Riverdale!

You can pretty much guarantee that any gay marriage Marvel do, it will make more sense than anything Archie have done from a story perspective.

Why are people so quick to claim 'rip-off'? Northstar has been a gay character for years, why shouldn't he get married?
