Of course ongoing serial books don't have those features, Alan! But they do have arcs which have those features. Does this guy even understand the industry he participated in? What the medium is?

Seriously. Apparently everybody has to die at the end of the story and never appear again for there to be an "ending," according to this idiot.

Thinking that Watchmen was the only thing DC did that anyone outside the industry ever heard of! I have news for him; I've got a bunch of friends who never heard of Watchmen until the movie he so hated. But they had heard of Dark Knight Returns.

Thinking that DC bought an entire company just to get him working for them again!

Guy wonders why he has no friends in the industry. Gee, Alan, maybe it's because you're an asshole...

As for the website's claim that Moore is the greatest comic book creator ever...

Jack Kirby would like to have a few words with them, as would Siegel and Shuster, and about a dozen others. Stan Lee in fact. You know, Alan, guys who actually created characters.

And wow, is Moore attempting to justify himself there pretty hard. Failing at it too.

Let it go Alan, and just work on something else. Your blood pressure will thank you.

Moore has created many characters, and defined many more.

And any company would put him on a title immediately if he simply said he wanted to work with them.

This is a very silly rant.

He had a lot of valid points, but man he comes off like an utterly twisted, bitter washed up has-been a lot of times. Which he is.
