That show was fantastic! Cheesy and fun. I wish they had DVDs of the series.

They were fun, but so horribly bias. :lol:

My ex couldn't believe it with the one episode where a chef got drunk and started punching assistants in the head.

You might, but I think Fierie's staff probably wouldn't go over to work at Batali's places...

Another reason I find the Asian version to be superior is because the recipes and special ingredients were more exotic. My favorite episode was when the special ingredient--while perfectly normal--was turkey, but the way the Asians prepared it, it was almost raw.

Fieri's restaurants are basically glorified Chili's, his staff couldn't work for Batali.
