So says Romney of the three Cabinet Secretaries he thinks should be fired. It should be noted that of the three, Energy Sec Chu has consistently called for higher gas prices, on the order of those of Europe, and for the Administration to do whatever it took to get them there.

And Romney AFAIK was wrong when he said that Obama himself called for that; it was Chu. Obama himself called for higher electricity prices; in fact he called for them to "necessarily skyrocket".

Both of these policies are supposed to compel the US to transition to "green" energy sources.

Slapfight.
