Remember when I said I was leaving at 4pm yesterday? Well, that didn't happen. Was at work from 7AM till 7:30PM. Been at work since 6:50AM today, and it will probably be another 12 hour day, at least. The things we've got to do to pay the bills.

hey mike I wanted to put this in the Yoni thread but since you're here I'll just say it here, as a drummer what do you think of the drumming on the new Mars volta album ? I think the album rhythmically is one of the oddest I've ever heard not odd in a bad way I just think it really stands out

to be honest, I haven't listened to it enough to give a well-thought-out opinion. I mean, I thought it sounded real good, and complex, but I only listened to it once while at work, and I kept having to pause it and shit. If I get off of work at a reasonable time tonight, I'll probably pick up the album on my way home and chill out tonight and give the whole album a listen.
