Could be but that is just an odd costume if it is. Seems out of place all the heroes and then her, but cannot come up with anyone else that fits her profile.

Yup. Future episode has Scott stealing the Ant-Man suit to save Cassie from Egghead. Hank lets him keep it and becomes Yellowjacket. Ant-Man joins the Heroes for Hire team.
