Cartoon Network released a new teaser image and some more info of the new Batman,
Beware the Batman.
Though we're still a year away from the actual series taking off, Cartoon Network has begun promotion with the show with this teaser image and the following:
A cool, new take on the classic Dark Knight franchise, Beware the Batman incorporates Batman’s core characters with a rogues gallery of new villains not previously seen in animated form. Along with backup from ex-secret agent Alfred and lethal swordstress Katana, the Dark Knight faces the twisted machinations of Gotham City’s criminal underworld led by the likes of Anarky, Professor Pyg, Mister Toad and Magpie. Produced by Warner Bros. Animation, this action-packed detective thriller deftly redefines what we have come to know as a “Batman show.” Featuring cutting-edge CGI visuals to match the intricate twists and turns of the narrative, Batman steps out of the shadows and into the spotlight for an entirely new generation of fans. With WBA’s Sam Register executive producing, and Batman Beyond’s Glen Murakami and Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated’s Mitch Watson producing, Beware the Batman, based on characters from DC Comics, is coming soon to Cartoon Network!
Beware the Batman will join
Young Justice and
Green Lantern on the DC Nation block sometime in 2013.

Is that in the style they are using for Green Lantern?

I believe this has been announced around comic-con last year. Not that it has been hyped besides some promote images back in October that had a gun toting Alfred.

If you mean the super cheesy animation they use in GL that we are boycotting, then we won't watch a second of this foulness. That animation style is to the JLA series what DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince are to Digable Planets.

That and Kurtwood Smith (Jim Gordon) has been the only actor confirmed on the series thus far.

Not a fan of the animation but I'll take it if that's all I'm getting.

The series-finale episode of "Batman: Brave and Bold" featured a tease of this featuring Batgirl instead

Yes it did and I thought what I saw then looked really good. I like the GL TAS so far, I think it gets better with each week. Will this new Batman series be as good as Batman TAS, I highly doubt it, but then I didn't think Batman Brave and Bold was gonna be that good when I first heard about it, and now it is probably my favorite Batman series of all time.
