Will the block of action cartoons/anime be resurected on Cartoon Network? Adult Swim posted a response to the flood of twitter flooding them.
During late March 30 and early April 1, Cartoon Network for one night only brought back Toonami. They reaired programs that ran during it's lengthy run in Dragonball Z, Gundam Wing, Outlaw Star, Big O, Yu Yu Hakusho, Blue Submarine #6. They even ran an episode of Tenchi Muyo that has never aired in the United States and other programs never shown on the the block: Trigun, Astro Boy, and Gigantor. Not surprisingly, it stirred something within a lot of folk who hungered to see the return of the block which aired from 1997 to 2008.
A few days ago, Adult Swim asked on their Twitter account that if they missed the block so much let them know. Well today they posted a response to the wave of responses hitting their Twitter accounts. It is as follows:
#BringBackToonami We've heard you. Thank you for your passion and interest - stay tuned.
Does this mean that the action block lives again? One can only dream.

Well that and Gundam Wing... Sailor Moon and Ocean's DBZ dub. DON'T YOU JUDGE ME!!
I LOVED Ronin Warriors as a kid. It was awesome. HOWEVER, I tried to rewatch it a few years back and it was painful to watch. It didnt hold up at all. It was the only anime I was ever able to watch.
I would be excited for an actual return of Toonami as long as it is one of the original TOMs, the Absolution ship, S.A.R.A, and they keep the line-up of shows different from anything else broadcast on the channel.
