Maybe he dislikes Fraction? Lord knows that after "Crap Itself" I'm not in any hurry to read a Fraction penned comic., especially one about Marvel's currently most over pushed character (whose giant push has rendered him boring, IMO).

But it's likely Hawkeye. Who I like but am a little tired of.

Those are also the signs of the zodiac, well some of them. I mean we do have Nick Fury's son now that could take over.

But Fraction/Aja is the combo that gave us Immortal Iron Fist, they work well together.

Fraction's last IIF issue was in 2008. Outside of the first two years of Invincible Iron Man, he's barely been readable since.
