This x 20. I see where people who have cooled to his marvel work are coming from, but Casanova's been great since it came back.

Not taking anything away from IIF, but....

1) Fraction has a much different perception in 2012 than he did in 2008. His perception has taken a hit among a sizable amount of fans. If someone isn't a fan of Fraction's latest work, why should past glories incite them to buy this book?

2) What happens if someone (like me) has become weary of Hawkeye (if this book is even going to star Hawkeye in the first place)? With all of the books he's in right now, he's not only suffering from the same issues that many Movie Characters suffer (the fact that nothing that happens to them will matter in the long run), but he could become the next Wolverine in terms of fan backlash. (And Wolverine used to be my favorite character)

The entire Detroit Steel arc and the Fear Itself tie ins are pretty bad.

And I did not enjoy his recent Thor stuff, though his minis a few years ago were fun.

But I actually like his Defenders so far, so there's that.

Oh, and the constant updates on how many days Tony has been sober at the start of every issue of Iron Man since the end of Fear Itself are annoying, and even now the book isn't as good as it was before Detroit Steel.

This is pretty much exactly how I feel about him... I dropped Iron Man during the Detroit Steel, his Thor was god awful which was surprising because the mini's he wrote were strong, I will say that The Defenders has surprised me but I am a big Dr Strange and Iron Fist fan.

I hate to bad-mouth creators but if it's Fraction writing Hawkeye, that'll work since I won't have to pick up a single issue. Aside from his Iron Man (and possibly Casanova which I have never read), Fraction has not written anything interesting in years. I liked his Order/Champions but Thor and Defenders has been boring as fuck.

I always forget that Fraction writes Cassanova because it's actually good.
