So, in late February, I decided that I wanted to write a novel. Typically, I've been writing around 1,000 words a night and doing about 5,000 most weekends.

Tonight, I hit the 100,000 word mark. It's just a number and I still have a long way to go, both in terms of plot and editing, but this is the longest I've ever made it into a writing project of mine.
