At Marvel's Cup O' Joe panel, the highly anticipated Matt Fraction and David Aja book was revealed to be... HAWKEYE!

The book will focus on Hawkeye as a regular human being amongst a team of superpowered heroes, and was compared to Fraction's past work on the character Dr. Strange.

C2E2 is one of the biggest Comic Book Industry events of the year, and the largest midwest comic convention. Follow all the latest news right here on The Outhouse, and head on over to our forums to call each other names over it.

I'm in. I'm pretty sure that I have every issue of Hawkeye as a solo character and I really like the team involved so I'm in.

A gigantic fail. I shall pull a Blade X, and predict 12 issues, before they realise they're publishing a fucking Hawkeye solo book, and cancel it.

I'm in (for the first trade if it comes out ok). Love Aja. Enjoy most of Fraction's stuff. No strong feelings about Hawkeye, but maybe they'll change that.

Looks like their taking the style of DD's current run and expanding it here (a good move imo).

What I know of Fraction isn't all that good but as long Hawkeye is more Brer' Hawkeye than anything else, I'll give it a whirl.

it's the style of Immortal Iron Fist (thus the same creative team), which was years before the curret DD...
