Scariest Scooby Doo Villains

As a bigtime Scooby Doo fan, I decided to make a few posts about the franchise, starting with this one. Now one of the main reasons why I followed the show in its various incarnations was mostly because of the ghosts and monsters as they were pretty cool-except for the idiotic concept of them being losers in costumes who had lame motivations for playing dressup. But nonetheless, here is my list of the ones that actually scared the crap out of me as a kid and even beyond that:

The Ghost Truck

The Cat Creature
The Underground Demon

The Ape Man
Maldor
Zomba
Zimbulu
Rancor

There are some more I can't think of now but I will add to my list soon.

I don't care what that live-action movie says. Scrappy may be annoying when at his worst, but he's not a villain.

The Underground Demons from Frightened Hound Meets Demons Underground .
Even as they turn out to be(like all monster on the show) some crook in disguise,apparently that Seattle construction site at one time was actually (in the show's universe) terrorized by demons.
Then there were also that prehistoric humanoid shark,which I thought looked kinda cool.
