These are not cheap. I think Black Widow sold out already. Don't see the others shown yet...

They always sell out instantly. Like, within 2-3 minutes, if that.

None of the previews have looked that good. Outside the part where Stark tells off Cap. I am not a fan of Black Widow or Hawkeye, and Cap looks stupid.

My brother will probably make me go see it with him but I'm not pumped for it or anything. Hopefully there is a nice copy on Usenet soon. :smt102

hmn.

About that New Avengers Scene...

Remember that new Avengers scene that was reportedly being shot just last week? Well hold on a sec... Producer and Marvel boss Kevin Feige admits now that the cast of the hotly anticipated film was assembling for one last day of shooting, but he's downplaying the whole thing.

According to Blogomatic 3000, the crew was working on a final change to be woven into the final cut of the film. Said Feige, "I will tell you this: It was not a scene. It was not a scene. There's little things. It's been blown out of proportion. Which is fun, I like that things are blown out of proportion. Sometimes they're true, sometimes they're not... There is the potential that there will be one little change. People might not even notice it. It's not a big thing."

That's a juicy tidbit...

Which X-Men Characters Could Be in Avengers 2?

I guess I'll spoiler it even though it isn't a fact...

[Reveal] Spoiler: Click to Expand
With last night's Avengers premiere in London, producer Kevin Feige was able to drop a few Marvel teasers to the hungry fanboys in attendance. Among them was the possibility of Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch making an appearance in The Avengers 2. Beware of spoilers!

Yes, they originated in the X-Men comics, which is generally 20th Century Fox's purview, but it appears there's more to it than that for the brother/sister duo, who went on to become Avengers in the comics. Instead, Feige reveals both 20th Century Fox and Marvel have legal access to Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch in their respective films, due to the unique nature of the characters. That's right, Marvel could put them in an Avengers movie, while Fox could also separately put them in an X-Men movie if they so chose to. It's hard not to ponder the oddness if both franchises included them, possibly with different actors - and set in different eras!

Check out the video below from HeyUGuys.co.uk for the rights issue breakdown -- and a nice little bit on Edgar Wright's upcoming Ant-Man film -- as Feige explains why the two X-Men could be coming to both Marvel and 20th Century Fox.
