Yeah Royal did a great job separating and shrinking the video as it was giving me a headache trying to upload it on You Tube (NINE BLOODY HOURS FOR NOTHING!!). So major kudos to Royal for making this sound and look good at the new setting!!

I wanted this interview to be a transcript, but after the second viewing of it I had to push for it this way. How can you just put to words what actions and passion Slott has in the interview? You can't.

As the person who transcribed two hour+ Claremont interviews plus an hour+ Brian Reed interview and an hour+ Abnett and Lanning interview (particularly difficult because they both sound like characters in A Clockwork Orange), I can tell you that there is nothing more suicide-inducing than transcription. It basically takes an hour for every fifteen minutes just to get a draft, which then needs to be revised multiple times. Unless you're like some kind of shorthand master or something.

IMO, a better path to getting audio/video interviews to written form would be a summary with select quotes, and then the video for anyone who wants to hear the whole thing. IMO. YMMV.

This was a very fun interview to watch. Slott is just energized the whole time. And possibly drunk. Either way, it's a great waste of seventeen minutes.

Great interview Zechs. I thought it was going to be awkward at the start but Slott really brought so much to it and by the end the 17mins just flew by.

Slott just seems to have the perfect personality for interviews though, I kept waiting to see what he'd do next to mess with you :lol:
