I'm surprised to see a Tatum poster. All the trailers seem to imply that Duke doesn't survive even the first 5 minutes of the movie.
No mouth on Snake Eyes. Hurray!!

Nice to see a full on shot of the Commander but not a fan of all the leather body armor. I like him better in his dress blues. Besides it's not like he ever sees combat anyways.

I have to admit, Cobra Commander looks pretty cool.

However, I'm still not going to make the mistake of spending money on this. :lol:

Nor Baroness or Destro or Joseph Gordon-Levitt as CC. Basically half the cast deserted after the failure of the first movie. 100% of them were those with real careers.

GI Joe didn't defeat Cobra but it looks like popular opinion did.

yes because Sienna Miller has had such a great career after the first movie... and Rachel Nichols (the chick who played Scarlett) was let go from Criminal Minds cause the character and her acting on it sucked...

The only people who didn't come back who have careers are Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Eccleston..

Actually if the rumors of the movie are true..

Scarlett, Baroness, and Destro are set up for the third movie alive with the later having a cameo in the movie. Duke supposedly does bite it but like twenty to thirty minutes into the movie.

As for why this Cobra Commander looks more in tune with the one we're used too:

He's supposedly a new Cobra Commander and not JGL's Rex. They're also trying to get Charlie Adler (G.I. Joe Renegades/Resolute) to voice him.

Because.. the studio had control over it. They felt the full on chrome mask wouldn't convey emotion. So yeah.. the Spider-Man excuse. They didn't want to do the hoodie either because then the movie CC be compared to the KKK.

Dat ass? I dunno she's smoking. Supposedly though some plot details are leaked like Duke's fate and the Snake-Eyes/Storm Shadow subplot:
Duke is behind a hummvee and saves a Joe when it goes boom.
As for Snaky and Storm..

The subplot ends the one from the first movie were we learn just who killed Storm Shadow and Snake-Eyes' master, Zartan.
