What a brilliant game, I normally hate Chelsea, but I found my self really supporting them here, Ramires was excellent, as were Lampard and Cole, and Torres deserved his winner. Terry was a massive twat, and him missing the final only makes me support Chelsea more.

Barca were pretty ineffectual, this last week or so has shown that without a striker like David Villa or Samuel Eto'o, their style doesn't work as well, they have 80+% possession, but don't do anything with it.

They beat Barca at the Nou Camp?

Wow. Good on them.

Well, it was a 2-2 draw on the night, but they went through 3-2 on aggregate.

Revenge for 2009 IMO, Barca had this coming and it was fitting Chelsea were the ones that knocked them out.

Sucks for them that Terry, Ramires, Ivanovic and Meireles are out with red and too many yellows though.

Why can't UEFA follow FIFA's footsteps? One of the best things Sepp Blatter has done is create the 'yellow card amnesty', where all yellow cards are rescinded as soon as the semi-finals have begun. This allows the clubs to field their best players for a possible final.

This 3 yellows in 10 games shit is terrible. UEFA should want the final to be the greatest spectacle between two clubs. But the most annoying thing is Ivanovic, Ramires and Alaba all got it without even fouling. Ramires was annoyed that the ref sent off Terry even though he didn't see the incident so got a yellow, Ivanovic kicked the ground cause they conceded a penalty and got a yellow, I mean WTF? Then Alaba gets one because Di Maria kicked the ball at his hand which the ref also couldn't have seen and there was nothing he could do about it.

I agree with you, the final won't be as good as it could be because both teams will have to field 3 or 4 reserves.

That penalty shoot-out yesterday was immense, some top saves, I feel really sorry for Iker Casillas, he clawed his team back into it... and then Ramos skies his kick.

Bayern to win the final I reckon, it being their home stadium makes a huge difference.

I like the home uni, but really don't like what the team is going to be wearing at away games.

After watching Tottenham vs Blackburn today, I have to say that I think Blackburn are done. It was like they've given up and have already accepted their relegation as inevitable.

They didn't even get one shot on net the entire game. :smt011
