Bye bye Hawks!

Honestly my gut feeling of this being the Preds year is slowly coming true. Unless the wall that is Smith endures. After watching the Preds play all this year I knew in my heart of hearts that the Hawks going up against them would be an early exit of the playoffs. They scare me because they're that damn good.

Unless Smith was as god tier as he was in this series against the Hawks, the Yotes are doomed. The Preds are well rested and made mince meat out of Howard.

I honestly think the Penguins were their biggest obstacle. Predators are now around 40% favourites to win the Stanley Cup this year. Coyotes are playoff fodder whenever Mike Smith plays just above-average. Blues and Kings should wear each other down in 1-0 and 2-1 2OT-style games. Everything is coming up Nashville.
