It's very stylized, and not a style I'd consider myself a fan of, but I wouldn't call it bad either.

It's very stylized, and not a style I'd consider myself a fan of, but I wouldn't call it bad either.

It's of a well established artistic style. Admitedly, it's not one normally seen on comic book covers, but in the grand scheme of artwork in general, I've seen a hell of a lot worse. :smt102

It's part of the variants that are a homage to certain artistic movements or styles. So there is a reason for it to look like that.
