sigh. It wasn't "lazy". You're just not taking the time to realize that 'Pillows & Blankets' was about Troy & Abed's war and the Ken Burn's stuff was just framing around that story.

The L&O stuff in this latest episode was the canvas.

That's my problem, that is was the framing, it was just there for the sake of it.

There was humor in the absurdity of treating the pillow fight like a serious conflict with historical significance. The conventions of a Ken Burns documentary were a clever way to do this. The serious nature of the presentation contrasted directly with the images and content of the narrative. That was the joke. Damn, man.

Obviously, you're some skinny, single nerd living on the East Coast who probably derives value in life from wrestling matches, hoping that Wolverine gets to sleep with teenagers and engaging in casual drug use. You're literally the worst thing to happen to comics since Stan Lee.

Would you say he's diving his nose into a pillow?

or

Squatting underneath a make shift tent made out of a blanket with his ears covered by his elbows Nam style?

Happy Endings is better than Community, at least the current seasons.

As someone thats seen every episode of Law and Order (including SVU, CI, Trial by Jury, Conviction, LA, and UK) I loved this episode. It really did use just about everything you can imagine from L&O episodes. Abed even looked like Benjamin Bratt

Jeff even parted his hair differently (something Sam Waterston does 'to get in McCoy character').

I'm still thinking that Annie was the standout in that episode. When she breaks down Todd, and then you think she's actually going to feel for him, but she follows it with "BOOYAH! That's how it's done!" I was fucking rolling.
