Looked better when it was called Mass Effect 3.

I though you were kidding till I saw it. It really does look like Mass Effect with Trek costumes thrown in there.

Well, they've managed to downgrade my interest in the second Abrams Trek movie...
Star Trek 2's Villain Confirmed?Khan. It's Khan, O.K.?
It's not like we didn't see this coming. But now Trek Movie's sources tell them that Benedict Cumberbatch is in fact playing Khan in J.J. Abrams' currently-filming Star Trek 2. The return of everyone's favorite genetically-engineered superman has been rumored pretty much since Star Trek 1 came out, even while Abrams' camp has denied it.
Interestingly, Trek Movie says that "the film is not a rehash of 'Space Seed,' the original Star Trek episode where Kirk and crew first encounter the genetic superman from the past." And the oft-made Batman comparison is also apt here: The Trek team have frequently said that they're looking to the model of Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight movies, and in this case you can see Khan as being the equivalent of the Joker from the second film in that series.

MTV Movie Awards Reveals New Character from Star Trek XII - SPOILERBy GustavoLeao / 08:58, 4 June 2012 /
According to ComicBook.com, a Star Trek XII spoiler went unnoticed during the 2012 MTV Movie Awards. During a parody video about archery coach Lester Boonshaft, Star Trek XII director J.J. Abrams appeared. On the computer screen behind him, there is an image of someone with a mask covering his face.
According to MTV, the image is actually a first look at a new character from the upcoming Star Trek XII movie. This character did not appear in the previous Star Trek film from J.J. Abrams.

Again, I will say that it is a Star Trek game that is a third person shooter. It would be like making a making a game based on the Fast and the Furious franchise, and designing it as a Street Fighter type of game.
