I don't see it happening, there really isn't any reason for her to come back.

The love angle with her and scott is played out. If she comes back she should be with Logan.

I like Jean Grey, but, I think too much work has been put into developing Hope as a character just in the last two years to bring her back now.

Well they brought back Norman Osborn( Who should have stayed dead as far as I concerned) so I wouldn't put it past Marvel to bring back Jean at some point. Plus, I get the feeling that Hope will be revealed as Jean Grey reincarnated.
