So with this issue we get well.. more chess piece moving from Scott and Steve. Fans are going to probably bitch that Magik defeated Dr. Strange. Anyway.. Magik poses as Strange making Cap think she's defeated. She then goes and teleports the A team of Cyke's X-Men away before Logan (the only Avenger who realized the ruse) can get all stabby on them.

Scott then plots his next move by wanting to use Cerebra in Logan's school and already using moles within the campus to help his cause.

Steve and Logan spar over the later's attempt to kill Hope which results in a fight. Given it's closed quarters Logan has the edge until Giant Man blind sides him and Cap then orders Sharon to open the airlock and dumps Wolverine out.

Steve then asks Rachel for help and she gives him Hope's location, though right after informs Scott that the Avengers know were Hope is showing she's one of the moles within Logan's school previously talked about by Scott.

There's other bits I enjoyed like Tony criticizing Steve on his current choices mirror Tony's during Civil War. And Hope is scared when seeing her reflection as the Phoenix in a mirror.

This whole story feels like a comic that's not trying to be the best story ever. It's trying to just be entertaining and give us big superhero fights. Kind of what Civil War should have been.

I don't know what book you were reading but Cap was clearly in control of that fight. Yeah, Wolverine got a few good shots in but he was over confident and it showed.

On Earth, he'd cream her, in Limbo, she's got a shot.

I still don't think it's true, but Cap acts like a total dick. Very out of character writing.

Also, why couldn't Daredevil figure out the Dr. Strange swerve?

The Cap/Logan fight was cool, but Cap punching first is like Greedo shooting first.

Just a very uneven issue for a series that I am willing to give a lot of leeway to.

Um Cap was struggling against Logan in closed quarters combat. Logan took away the strap on Cap's shield, sliced him open, and gave him a good shot in the mouth. If not for Hank coming in and knocking him out, Logan was winning. Because if Cap truly won, he'd be the one knocking Logan out and kicking him off the plan. He only did one, not the other.

I'm kinda starting to agree with Bubba.

Based on the conversation Cap had with Logan it makes him seem like he doesn't have any real plan at all, he just wants to be in charge of the problem.

This issue felt like they had to make Cap do some stuff so the Avengers side didn't seem so right and Cyclops so wrong.
