Shop that I'm moving my subscription to has David Petersen (Mouse Guard) and the Luther Strode people in the morning. In the afternoon they're up at Jetpack Comics in NH I think.
Then I'm hopping into a car and heading out to Fitchburg for Paul Ryan.

I'm going to take my kids, but I got all the fcbd issues from my mail order already.
Problem is juggling my son baseball. Game, where I coach, my daughters spring school party to find time to get then there.

It's only a baseball game and a spring party. Where are your priorities, man?!

I am sure that my shop is doing something but I will be out of town this weekend for a wedding, which may also cause me to have to postpone watching the Avengers...

Kids, sorry, daddy can sell his comics for more than he can sell you.

No you just take your kids to fcbd.
Do the other parents even see you coaching?
Local shops here don't do anything.

Ours should have some saucy cosplay chicks like last year.
I'm sure there's other stuff too but I'm really just going to see the boob window.

Very crowded day the lcs, but seeing my 5 year old little princess's eyes light up when given a Tinkerbell comic was worth it (and on the comedic side, the look of horror on her face when a local artist drew her a Tinkerbell wearing Spider-Man's mask was scary. She flat out told the guy that it was 'a yucky drawing - now do one right' (with out the Spidey-mask

). My hat's off to the dude for being a great guy (and yes - she said her please and thank you's).
Just got the phone call that I ended up winning some limited edition Iron Man statue-thing. I'll go and pick it up tomorrow.

Had a pretty good turn out at the LCS (Planet Comics) today, and I might be going back to work there, please say a prayer for me that I do.
Actually won a trivia contest that they were doing as well, and one a copy of "Infinity Gauntlet" tpb, pretty awesome considering the ending of The Avengers

Batgirl heads to FCBD.

The loot.
My wife brought Makayla to make work at lunch and we headed out. Didn't have a big haul this year. She immediately wanted the New 52 and the Star Wars/Serenity comic. She also got Burt Ward, Boy Wonder/Wrath of the Titans, and Voltron Force: Shelter from the Storm.
I picked up Mouse Guard, Labyrinth and Other Stories, a nice little hard cover from Archaia and the Censored Howard Cruse. I'll share the former with Maki. I also got her an Ame-comi Batgirl mini-figurine.

I got nothing.
Midtown Comics had run out of everything.
